Board Chair, Carl Creasey to join Equity Foundation Advisory Board

It has been my pleasure and honor to serve as Equity Foundation’s Board Chair for the past two years. I plan to transition from Board Chair and join the Advisory Board where I can continue to advise and make a difference for equality for all.
The timing of my transition was crucial because my priority was to ensure the agency offered the position of Executive Director to a Leader who can expand our ability to fund equality. Now that we have Karol Collymore on board, it’s time to hand the responsibility of Board Chair to someone else who I believe can make a difference and be a huge success. Larry Williams who was most recently Vice Chair accepted the responsibility of stepping into the role of Board Chair, effective July 1, 2013.
I will be on the advisory board to help guide the foundation through the next phase of love and greatness.
I feel comfortable with leaving Karol with a strong Board of Directors and a new Board Chair who can make a difference, is committed and has what it takes to achieve the organization’s mission, goals and to help solidify equality for all human beings.
I believe by joining the Advisory Board, this will help guide the foundation through the next phase of seeking equality for each and every one of us.
