Join Equity Foundation in supporting the 2nd annual Give OUT Day on May 15th! Give OUT Day is a national initiative to motivate individuals across the country to give in support of the lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, and queer (LGBTQ) community. It’s the perfect day to support the work of Equity and help us fund organizations whose mission work and programs advance equality for LGBTQ families.
Donations from the LGBTQ and allied community make it possible for us to grant to non-profits that provide services that protect LBGTQ youth, provide those living HIV/AIDS stable housing and support services, advance transgender justice, produce art as a tool for social change, and advocate for marriage equality. Community funding also supports our scholarships for students who are LGBTQ or the children of LGBTQ parents and are in need of financial assistance to pursue their education.
You can give as little as $10 or as generously as you like, and all contributions are tax deductible. The organizations in Oregon with the highest number of unique donors will win additional cash prizes, so by sharing our fundraising page with your networks, you can help us raise even more resources we can pass onto our grantees and scholarships recipients.
